Introduction 1976
Technology

The X300 Interpreter is a monolithic, high speed microprocessor implemented with low-power bipolar Schottky technology. As the central processing unit it allows 16-bit instructions to be fetched, decoded and executed in 300 nanoseconds. Interpreter instructions operate on 8-bit, parallel data; 5 V power supply; TTL bus compatibility; On-chip clock; 21 instructions

Max. clock frequency

8 MHz
