For military quality CPUs passed additional inspection tests and quality control for different
temperature ranges, D.C. and A.C. characteristic ranges.
Basic standard is MIL-STD-883. Products are divided into level B and level C and have a specified maximum rebond criteria and a specified burn-in PDA all documented in the detail specifications, consistent with 38510 requirements.
